By placing an order with us you have accepted the stated terms and conditions relevant to Oushka. If you are unclear about any of these terms please contact us on info@oushka.com or

All prices will be charged at the published price list current at the date of order and include VAT where applicable.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.

All dates quoted for delivery, returns, refunds and exchanges are estimated guidelines and may be subject to change.

We may make improvements or changes to our site, prices, specifications, and services without notice.

Our goods

We work hard to ensure that all descriptions and images provided for our items is correct and reflective of goods. However, descriptions are only intended to be general and not strictly binding. None of the information in this site is to be relied upon as a statement or representation of fact.

We believe our photography is a true representation of the actual product that you will receive. However, there may be slight variances in colour, due to computer screen resolutions. Discount Code Terms:

When codes are launched the following terms apply:

Only one discount code may be used at any one time per customer.

The code will only be valid on full price items unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

Any purchases made using a discount code or promotion are still returnable, refundable and exchangeable as long as they are unused, resalable condition.

Discount codes are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

Stock availability

We display through our website all products that are in stock at that time. However, if an item is out of stock this will be highlighted on the site.

Delivery information

Standard (UK only)

We offer free standard UK recorded delivery on all orders over £75. This takes 5-7 working days but may take longer during busy periods. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Please note during sale periods, deliveries may take up to an additional 48 hours to be dispatched.

This excludes bank or public holidays.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Flat Rate (UK only) £4.95

For orders under £75, delivery is £4.95. This takes 5-7 working days but may take longer during busy periods. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will dispatched the following Monday.

Next Day (UK only) £7.95

Guaranteed next working day delivery if the order is placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

This is not available for remote locations. Please see below if you are unsure if you qualify for Next Day delivery.

Next day service is subject to availability and may be removed as a shipping option during busy periods.

Outside the UK (Costs varies depending on your country)

If you are outside of the UK, we will use a Signed-For or Recorded delivery service. This takes 7-15 working days.

We are currently unable to provide Next Day delivery to areas outside the UK.

  • We try to deliver to all corners of the Earth. However, there are some very remote areas that we cannot reach. If your order is placed and we are unable to deliver to your address we will contact you immediately.
  • Please note, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, during sale period this may take a little longer than usual. If there is any sign of a delay with delivery we will notify you by email.

Returns information

We hope you love your Oushka bag, but if you need to return it to us please follow these guidelines:

What is your returns policy?

We offer a refund for your Oushka purchases as long as they are unused, in a resalable condition in the original dust bag and returned to us within 28 days of receipt.

Please carefully pack your Oushka bag back in its original packaging and send the item back to our returns address:

We advise you return your item using a recorded delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

We cannot refund postage costs.

How do I return an item?

Please enclose in your return parcel your original packing note sent with your order. This helps us track the item faster, meaning there will be no delays in processing your refund. An item returned without this information may be subject to refund delays. To help us make you happy in the future, please also state the reason for your return.

If you have changed your mind and want another item from our site we will first refund your original order once the item is received. In the meantime, you can order the preferred item and we’ll send that out to you.

What should I do about a faulty item?

Please identify the fault to us within 30 days of receipt, via email info@oushka.com or over the phone 0203 8466483.  A member of our Team will detail the next steps to you, including how to return your item.

It is important that you make us aware of the fault as soon as possible so that we can work quickly on fixing this for you.

If a fault develops outside of the 30 day period then please contact us on 0203 8466483 a member of our Team will discuss the fault with you and advise you further. Please read our care and storage instructions for your bag, we cannot accept an item repaired as faulty if it has not been cared for or stored as we advise.

Do you organise repairs?

We’re sure you’ll be using your Oushka bag every day and whilst our bags are of highest quality, a small amount of wear and tear may occur. If you do require a repair please contact us on 0203 8466483 or email info@oushka.com. Within 1 year of purchase, we will arrange collection and repair for you, outside of this period we can advise you on how best to get your bag repaired.

How do I exchange an item?

The best way to exchange an item to guarantee you receive your desired replacement is to place a new order for the new item and return the original order to us.  This will ensure you do not miss out on the new item as it may go out of stock whilst we await your return. Please contact us if you have any queries, where a member of our Team will be happy to help you.

When sending your item back please follow the clear returns instructions above, remember to include your name, email address, contact number, order number, we would recommend returning items using a recorded delivery service.  Once we have received your returned item we will process a refund.

Returning or exchanging gifts

If returning a gifted item, please include the name of the person who placed the order along with the order number, your email address and your name. The funds will be returned to the account that the payment was made from.

If exchanging a gifted item, please contact us before sending the item back. Please include the name of the person who placed the order, the order number, your email address and your name. If the item you wish to exchange your gift for costs the same we will simply send you the new item using our free standard delivery service, unless you request otherwise. If the item costs less, the difference will be refunded to the account that the payment was taken from, if it costs more then we will need to take additional payment from yourself.

We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside Leatherlove Ltd t/a Oushka. Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with the services mentioned above, for example shipping agents in connection with the delivery of goods, media agencies for distribution of newsletter and credit reference or debt collection agencies for the purpose of credit rating checks, identity checks and debt collection.

We have taken technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. We continually adapt our security measures in line with technological progress and developments. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible, all information is sent in encrypted form via Paypal. This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your personal data cannot be read by external parties. For card purchases we work with an authorised payment agent, Paypal, that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. When you pay by card, we reserve the right to carry out an identity check.
