We offer free standard UK recorded delivery on all orders over £75. This takes 5-7 working days. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

This excludes bank or public holidays and requires a signature upon delivery.

Flat Rate (UK only) £4.95

For orders under £75, the cost is £4.95 for UK recorded delivery. This takes 5-7 working days but may take longer during busy periods. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Next Day (UK only) £7.95

Guaranteed next working day if the order is placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Outside the UK

If you are outside of the UK, we will use a Signed-For or Recorded delivery service. This takes 7-15 working days. When you select your country during check-out, the specific rate will be calculated and added to your total.

We are currently unable to provide Next Day delivery to areas outside the UK.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We use a Signed-For or Recorded delivery service, this takes 7-15 days. The price will vary depending on your location. When you select your country during check-out, the specific rate will be calculated and added to your total.

We try to ship to as many postcodes as possible but there are a few remote destinations that we cannot reach. If your address is in one of these areas we will contact you as soon as your order has been placed and a full refund will be issued.

We do not ship to Russia.

My order status says Complete, what does this mean?

When your order status is marked as ‘Complete’ this means your goods have been handed over to our courier partners. From this point your order will take 5-7days to arrive at your delivery address.

How Can I Return a Product?

We hope you love your Oushka bag, but if you need to return it to us please follow these guidelines:

We offer a refund for your Oushka purchases as long as they are unused, in a resalable condition in the original dust bag and returned to us within 28 days of receipt.

Please carefully pack your Oushka bag back in it’s original packaging and send the item back to our returns address:

We advise you return your item using a recorded delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

We are unable to refund postage costs.

How do I return an item?

Please enclose in your return parcel your original packing note sent with your order. This helps us track the item faster, meaning there will be no delays in processing your refund. An item returned without this information may be subject to refund delays. To help us make you happy in the future, please also state the reason for your return.

If you have changed your mind and want another item from our site we will first refund your original order once the item is received. In the meantime, you can order the preferred item and we’ll send that out to you.

What should I do about a faulty item?

Please identify the fault to us within 30 days of receipt, via email info@oushka.com or over the phone +44 (0) 20 80363166.  A member of our Team will detail the next steps to you, including how to return your item.

It is important that you make us aware of the fault as soon as possible so that we can work quickly on fixing this for you.

If a fault develops outside of the 30 day period then please contact us on +44 (0) 20 80363166 a member of our Team will discuss the fault with you and advise you further. Please read our care and storage instructions for your bag, we cannot accept an item repaired as faulty if it has not been cared for or stored as we advise.

Do you organise repairs?

We’re sure you’ll be using your Oushka bag every day and whilst our bags are of highest quality, a small amount of wear and tear may occur. If you do require a repair please contact us on +44 (0) 20 80363166 or email info@oushka.com. Within 1 year of purchase, we will arrange collection and repair for you, outside of this period we can advise you on how best to get your bag repaired.

How do I exchange an item?

The best way to exchange an item to guarantee you receive your desired replacement is to place a new order for the new item and return the original order to us.  This will ensure you do not miss out on the new item as it may go out of stock whilst we await your return. Please contact us if you have any queries, where a member of our Team will be happy to help you.

When sending your item back please follow the clear returns instructions above, remember to include your name, email address, contact number, order number, we would recommend returning items using a recorded delivery service.  Once we have received your returned item we will process a refund.

Returning or exchanging gifts

If returning a gifted item, please include the name of the person who placed the order along with the order number, your email address and your name. The funds will be returned to the account that the payment was made from.

If exchanging a gifted item, please contact us before sending the item back. Please include the name of the person who placed the order, the order number, your email address and your name. If the item you wish to exchange your gift for costs the same we will simply send you the new item using our free standard delivery service, unless you request otherwise. If the item costs less, the difference will be refunded to the account that the payment was taken from, if it costs more then we will need to take additional payment from yourself.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order with Oushka using our guest checkout.

If you had an account prior to October 2014 you will need to register your details using the simple form on the my account page or alternatively create an account when you make a purchase.

How do I place an Order?

Once you have found  items you would like to purchase, simply click to basket.

The shopping basket icon will automatically update with your selections.

Once you’re happy and ready to purchase click proceed to checkout and enter your details and delivery preferences.

Finally proceed to payment via Paypal and look forward to your new Oushka bag.

What’s The Coupon Codes Policy?

Only one discount code may be used at any one time.

Any purchase made using a discount code is still returnable, refundable and exchangeable as long as it is in unused, resalable condition.

Discount codes are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

How do I care for my Oushka Bag?

Looking after your Leather Bag 

Our bags are made from soft, natural leathers that are carefully selected for their luxurious feel and high quality. The untreated, naked leather that we use may show some small signs of wear over time but we believe this adds to the bag’s beauty and natural finish.

Because of the natural, raw nature of our leathers, there may be some slight variance in shade and texture.

We know you’ll want to love and treasure your Oushka bag, so here are a few care instructions that we recommend you follow to keep your bag looking its best;

  • Please don’t store your bag in a tightly packed space or squashed underneath something heavy. This will result in damage to the shape of your bag and to the leather.
  • We suggest you use the dust bag provided when you’re not using your bag, this will help to prevent scratches and marks.
  • Please don’t store your bag upside down or with the handles being pushed in the wrong direction as this can cause permanent damage to the way they sit.
  • If you aren’t using your Oushka bag, we recommend you stuff it with tissue or newspaper to help it retain its shape.
  • Try to keep your bag away from oil-based products, such as makeup. Oily marks are incredibly difficult to remove.
  • If your bag gets wet, remove any excess water as soon as possible. Then stuff it out with paper and let it dry naturally.
